Maarten Weckx was born in Wilrijk, Belgium, in 1989. He received the Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in February 2013. He has been working on the H2R Project at the MECH department in the Robotics and Multibody Mechanics research group since March 2013.


Research

Maarten's main research focus is the human-like locomotion of bipedal robots using compliant actuators.
